Our Story
During COVID, Joseph and Austin were looking for ways to be healthy and help their family stay healthy too. They discovered the incredible health benefits that mushrooms could provide and saw an opportunity to give back to their community, family, and friends.
They started learning everything there was to know about growing mushrooms and what they could do. After countless hours perfecting their cultivation techniques, they decided it was time to start a business and go all in!
Today, Found Again Fungi brings fresh, locally-grown gourmet mushrooms to farmers markets throughout the region. When you buy from us, you're not just getting mushrooms — you're supporting a small, local farm and joining a community of people who appreciate quality, sustainability, and the magic of fungi.
